Stroll down to the beach in the morning and pop back for lunch, drinks, ice cream all in a few minutes, then back for more sand and sea and maybe a beer or G&T from the beach bar.
After a hard day enjoying the beach sit down and watch the world go by from the covered, ground floor balcony, or get the kids and family on the village green to play any of the assorted games you'll find in the shed.
The Wales coast path virtually borders the property and Llanbedrog headland and the Tin man offers fabulous walks and vistas from the doorstep.
We are only 3 miles away from Abersoch and 4 from Pwllheli, so there is lots to do locally.
Pwllheli has Asda, Lidl and Aldi supermarkets, Tesco, Asda, Waitrose, Morrisons, Ocado, Iceland and Majestic wine all deliver to the property from their nearest branches, so plan ahead with your delivery slots! Pwllheli also has a Cinema, Gym, Swimming pool, Marina, Championship level Golf course, bars, restaurants, shops and take-aways.
Abersoch village is full of bars, pubs, restaurants and independent shops. It also has a Championship golf course, superb beaches, sailing, boat trips and water sports.
Nefyn, with its famous pub on the beach, the Tŷ Coch and Championship golf, is only a little further.
