Beautifully refurbished, The Hollies sits in the lower part of Llanbedrog within 300 mtrs of the beach, bars and restaurants. Nestled by St Pedrogs church and opposite the village green, the property is spacious and elegant. A large dining kitchen and comfortable, capacious lounge complement 3 large bedrooms, family bathroom, ensuite and a further toilet. A front garden is accessed from a balcony leading from the lounge. A small enclosed courtyard with dining area and BBQ are at the rear.
Ground floor kitchen with dining area and spacious lounge with a covered balcony through the bifold doors. 3 bedrooms can be found on the first floor. Completely refurbished in 2020, ground floor self contained apartment forms part of "The Hollies".
Y Cwtch is less than 300 mtrs from the beach, beach bar, cafe, local shops & pub.
Y Cwtch benefits from sole usage front and rear patios, this includes seating, a fire pit and a BBQ. A perfect suntrap for an afternoon drink.
Llanbedrog has a fantastic National Trust beach and is next to the Welsh coastal path for walkers, both are dog friendly. We are about 5 minutes drive away from both Pwllheli and Abersoch.
The space
The modern open plan kitchen, living and dining is small and cosy but perfectly formed. This includes a supplementary double sofa bed, a dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, grill and hob, a microwave and fridge freezer.
The separate bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables an open wardrobe and leads to a small ensuite equipped with shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. There is also a washing machine for guests usage within the property. There is also a small storage / drying room.
Guest access
Ground floor apartment accessed by going left along The Hollies main property and through the metal gate. The entrance is through patio doors at the end of the building. Y Cwtch is part of The Hollies building but has its own entrance and outdoor areas.
Other things to note
Parking for one car is available on site in a designated spot.
Car charging for electric vehicles is available from the National Trust car park across the road.
