The Quarry end of the Warren beach has the most pristine, perfect sand. Walk into Abersoch and call in for drinks at Sandbar, as its name suggests, a bar literally on the sand. Dog friendly.

Lovely beach and very pretty little village with walks, history, and a great pub with sea views. Always worth the short drive to Mynydd Mawr - the peninsulas Lands End with stunning views of Bardsey island. Dog friendly with summer restriction.
Pretty National Trust beach. Less accessible than some but worth it if you can. Beach shop and Cafe, walk the coast path either way to find lovely hidden coves at low tide. No dogs in the summer.
Comprises a series of beaches that connect at low tide. A quieter escape with a very natural and rural feel. Great sand and lovely rocky outcrops to explore. Dog friendly.
Small North coast cove. Pretty as a picture and possibly our favourite. Interesting shop and Cafe on the path to a natural, completely unspoiled sandy beach with hidden coves at low tide. No dogs in the summer.
Great beach for circular walks through the Golf course with the reward of drinks at the Tŷ Coch pub on the beach. Worth the extra push to the secluded bay, lookout and the lifeboat station. Dog friendly.
Either side of the Marina entrance, two long sandy easily accessible beaches with views of Snowdonia. Ever changing vistas of sailing boats and fun on the water. Dog friendly.
Drive and park (with care) directly on the huge beach. Best for family games. Beach connects from the east side to Borth-Y-Gest, a very scenic walk and pretty little village and from west side to Criccieth. Dog friendly.

Ynys Enlli lies 3km from the very tip of the Llyn Peninsula, North Wales.
